Production Process: A common method is the supersonic air-stream pulverization technique. For example, Sichuan Lüzhu Plant Fiber Co., Ltd. uses a self-developed supersonic air-stream pulverizer that can grind moso bamboo into ultrafine bamboo powder with mesh sizes ranging from 1,000 to 40,000. In addition, there is also an enzyme-based preparation process.
Bamboo materials are subjected to biological treatment using a mixed enzyme preparation containing cellulase, xylanase, and other enzymes. The treated bamboo is then processed through fiber drawing, drying, and ultrafine grinding to obtain a bamboo ultrafine powder with a mesh size of 270–300.
