Detailed introduction
The functional rubber reinforcing agent, Create E1, is a product made from naturally occurring silicoaluminate minerals with a nano-flake-like structure. It is produced through processes including ultrafine grinding, air-classification, high-temperature interfacial activation and surface treatment, as well as impurity removal. The product’s main components are silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, and its chemical formula is AI. 2 O 3 ●nSiO 2 ●nH 2 O.

Product Applications
The functional rubber reinforcing agent, Create E1, is widely used in rubber products such as automotive door and window seals, automotive hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, as well as in cables and plastic products. It can be applied to automobile tires, motorcycle tires, and rickshaw tires, and is also suitable for products that require light colors or colored finishes.
Packaging and Storage
The standard packaging uses paper-plastic composite valve bags, with a net weight of 25 kg per bag. Additionally, we can provide 500-kg bulk packaging upon customer request. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months.
