The functional rubber reinforcing agent, Create E2, is a product made from natural mineral raw materials—nanoscale flaky silicoaluminate minerals—that undergo a series of processes including ultrafine grinding, air-classification, high-temperature interfacial activation and surface treatment, and impurity removal. The product’s main components are silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, with a chemical formula of AI. 2 O 3 ●nSiO 2 ●nH 2 O.

Product Applications
The functional rubber reinforcing agent Create E2 is widely used in various rubber products, including automobile tires, motorcycle tires, heavy-duty vehicle tires, automotive door and window seals, automotive hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, and other rubber articles, as well as in cables and plastic products. It is also suitable for applications requiring light-colored or colored products.
Packaging and Storage
The standard packaging uses paper-plastic composite valve bags, with a net weight of 25 kg per bag. Additionally, we can provide 500 kg bulk packaging upon customer request. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months.
