Detailed introduction
The new elastomer reinforcing agent, Create N3, is a product made from naturally occurring silicoaluminate minerals with a flaky crystal structure. It is manufactured through wet ultrafine grinding, spray drying, high-temperature calcination, high-temperature interfacial activation, and surface treatment. The product’s main components are silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, and its chemical formula is AI. 2 O 3 ●nSiO 2 ●nH 2 O.

Product Features
▪ It exhibits excellent reinforcing and filling performance; it can be directly added to the formulation and used either in equal amounts or in increased quantities to replace part of the carbon black and white carbon black.

▪ The vulcanized rubber exhibits good adhesion and bonding to the skeletal material.
Product Applications
▪ The new elastomer reinforcing agent, Create N3, is widely used in automobile tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and automotive door and window seals.
▪ Automotive hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, and various other rubber products, as well as cables and plastic products.
Packaging and Storage
The standard packaging uses paper-plastic composite valve bags, with a net weight of 20 kg per bag. Additionally, we can provide 400 kg space bags upon customer request. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 24 months.
