The multifunctional odor-removing agent CreateKLT-1 is an ultrafine, inorganic white powder material. After undergoing multiple processing steps, the powder exhibits affinity for organic substances. Its microstructure features numerous micropores and a large specific surface area, enabling it to exert an exceptionally strong adsorption effect.
Functions and Uses
▪ Effectively eliminates odors or unpleasant smells generated during rubber and plastic processing (including toxic organic substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and ammonia), and catalytically degrades the adsorbed small organic molecules.
▪ Does not affect the vulcanization characteristics or physical properties of the rubber compound.
▪ Excellent temperature resistance and long adsorption lifespan.
▪ Easily dispersible and mixed, with excellent processing performance.
▪ Green and environmentally friendly.
Usage and Dosage
▪ Can be applied to the rubber products and plastic products industries.
▪ A multifunctional odor-removing agent can be directly added to rubber and plastic formulations at a dosage of 3 to 8 parts.
▪ During mixing, it is fed into the rubber mixer along with raw rubber and auxiliary materials for blending.
Packaging and Storage
The standard packaging consists of aluminum foil pouches enclosed in cardboard boxes. Each unit has a net weight of 15 kg and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place. The shelf life is 12 months.
